Southeast Middle School is committed to building strong career exploration programs for our middle school students. Students participated in Job Shadow Day 2024 this week. This provides an opportunity for students to observe work environments and employees’ daily activities. It supports career exploration which is extremely important for a middle school student’s education. Our kids were very excited to participate and we thank our local community businesses for allowing our students these opportunities! We also want to thank our 8th grade teachers for their encouragement of these students, their organizational help and facilitation of this project. Students will display their work next week in our middle school gym on Thursday, May 30th from 12:45 - 2:00pm. Please stop out to see these presentations of students' exciting experiences!
